Poor craftsmanship

I honestly don't know why these have such high reviews. I know they are inexpensive but I didn't expect them to be so cheaply made. I bought enough to spell my last name with the word THE in front of it. I have to touch up every single one with white and black paint and, unfortunately, one of the Es is irreparable. I definitely expected a lot more, considering the high reviews.

Poor quality

I purchase from LTD regularly and have always been satisfied with all products. The size of the tiles are perfect. The Icon sets are glued pictures and the edges are separating from the tiles. Some of the Alphabet tiles have defects such as marks and scratches over the black letters and edges of the tiles. The ""H"" tile has a line of paint down the middle causing a raised defective look. This was intended to be a baby gift, but not now.

I ordered my name in alphabet letters and got only 3 letters, not all of them. So I can't spell my name. Disappointed.

I purchased several of these to spell out our last name and I am so happy with them. Great quality and nice size! I love that you have the option to hang them on a wall if you want. I have mine sitting with some cute decorations on a shelf. :)

Seasonal mat

Coloring issue

I purchased the alphabet tiles but upon arrival the letter s tile was a different color then the rest. When I reached out to customer service they offered to send me a replacement s tile but again it was a different color then the rest but the same as the original s tile. After reaching out again to customer service, they explained that it’s a known issue. So buyer beware if you need a s tile to complete the name. Otherwise, the tiles are super cute and a great idea.
