The Ginger People Organic Minced Garlic - Case of 12/6.7 oz

Love this stuff, so fresh testing and great for stomach. Someone asked if you can taste the rice vinegar, which I did not, personally.

This product was easy to use when baking and making smoothies. Great taste and healthy at the same time.

It looks bad but it smells ok... usually this minced ginger is light in color and very yellow. The jars I received today are darker and brown - the color go ginger root skin. The expiration is not until 2023. Has anyone else had this issue?

The minced ginger is a real good addition to spaghetti sauce. Just spoon a little in and let it simmer in with your sauce.

The organic minced ginger is great to use instead of dry powdered ginger and is also tasty in smoothies too.

3 of 6 jars leaked profusely in shipping and had to be thrown away. The remaining 3 are great. It's a wonderful and delicious product but I expected more than 50% to arrive intact.

This product is so convenient and great for just about any type of cooking.

This is a very useful and economical product. Not only does it taste and perform exactly as fresh ginger, but it stays fresh in my refrigerator and is handy to use. I use it instead of grated ginger in recipes and use a dollop in prepared dishes to jazz them up. I can't think of any downside except running out.

This arrived well packaged and the product is very fresh. I bought from another company and it arrived dried out and the color was dreadful. I'm so happy I bought this from SV.

A newly opened jar neither smells or tastes like ginger. They found it necessary to add 1/6 sugar to it. Grind the fresh ginger available in any supermarket in a blender and do much better, without the sugar, and cheaper.

I have been looking for sources of dried ginger and decided to get this Minced product. I am very impressed for with it being mixed with vinegar it will last some time. I can now get the taste and feel of ginger in my food or tea without having to mess with trying to grind my own. It is just there on the shelf waiting for me.

Wow, this is some of the, if not the best ginger root I have ever tasted; on top of that, it's ORGANIC! The taste is a rich, juicy ginger flavor with a little sweetness. This ginger product comes in a paste-like form, which makes it quite versatile; like using it to easily smear a little dab on-top of sushi, or to mix into dough to bake some very nice cookies! The container it came in was a pretty generous size for the price tag, and if you know ginger root, a little goes a long way; and this stuff goes the mileage. There's only 3 ingredients in this glass jar, and they are all organic: ginger, sugar, and rice vinegar. With so many products out there with a laundry-list of science-sounding ingredients, like sodium acid pyrophosphate, tertiary butylhydroquinone A.K.A. TBHQ, and so on; it's nice to see some simplicity. The reason I'm so thrilled this is organic because synthetic-based fertilizers and pesticides are not permitted. Final thoughts: If you want some great-tasting organic ginger root with minimal ingredients in it that comes in a glass jar with a low price-tag, here is an option for you.
