About the Author
Jacqueline Bruce MA is a fully qualified, practicing psychotherapist and published therapy writer. She holds a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Master of Arts degree in Creative Writing, both from Sheffield Hallam University. She is a member of the BACP and The Society of Authors. Jacqueline spent several years working as a grief counsellor with the registered charity Cruse Bereavement Care, before moving into private practice. She holds special interest CPD certificates in Grief & Trauma Counselling, Military Counselling, PTSD Recovery, and Suicide Prevention & Recovery Counselling. She particularly enjoys working with military and emergency service personnel. She has contributed psychotherapy features and columns to many UK magazines including Therapy Today and Soul & Spirit. She is currently a columnist and regular contributor with Kindred Spirit magazine.
