I like this product!
I ordered samples of men's guards from different companies, and I liked the Tena Overnight Guards the best. i use them during the day. They are the most confortable to wear, and the most absorbant (which gives peace of mind!)

The adhesive needs to be added and to the wings also because they folded in sometimes then I would probably give them a 5 stars rating

Good but could be better
I have purchased these pads in the past and I am happy with how they perform however they could be better. The wings need an adhesive strip much like the one down the middle. I found clothing strips made for women's clothing and have adapted them for my use by applying them to my pads at an added cost. This ensures that the pads don't bunch up during the day but the pads would be even better if they came with the adhesives themselves.

Just like all other men's pad, not enough adhesive to stick to underwear. They bunch up or fold from the top, not very confident wear them.
