Preorder Cancelled after waiting Months
Preordered as soon as they were released just to have my order “back ordered” until they were cancelled. This is is absolutely ridiculous considering they were appearing in stores and never even made it local targets in my area

Poor Customer Service, Target
Target canceled my pre-order on December 31st after pre-ordering in early October for November delivery. Never got the figures I ordered for Christmas. For a “pre-order,” this is poor on Target’s part.

Terrible preordering system
Terrible preorder system. Placed preorder as soon as they were available but as release day approached they were delayed and then back ordered. They kept getting pushed back and despite me approving of delays they cancelled the items after the 3rd or 4th delay. What good is a preorder if they don’t guarantee you the items?

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - Love the figures- Done with Target.
TARGET gets 1 Star... Pre-ordered on release day only to have it postponed 4x then cancelled with no explaination. Chatted with "Norah" in customer service and they offer no information other than a "Processing Error". I pushed for more information and they closed the chat. Horrible customer service. Now I need to purchase 3rd party at 3x the cost.

These figures really brings out the Christmas joy and nostaglia memories of times when people are buying toys instead of phones or tablets to their Children, I really wish Playmate toys would still continue on making tmnt toys cuz there is no future for TMNT without their involvement!

Ill never pre-order from Target AGAIN!!!
Target is the worst when it comes to pre-orders. I ordered the set Oct 29t, I was emailed a backorder confirmation link 2 weeks after. If you dont reply they will cancel the order. This email was sent twice and the last one said till Dec 30th. Luckily I went to the store and found 3 sets in the holiday section. So why are they on backorder of i just clearly found then peg warming in the store?!? These are great btw, definitely worth the purchase. But I'll NEVER pre-order another item through Target. Oh and this isn't the first time this has happened.

Pre-Ordered less than 10 minutes after the figures were announced. Delayed, Delayed, Delayed, Canceled. Thats a pretty pathetic way to treat your customers.

Toy great target do better.
Same thing happened to me with the first review, but I had to hunt them down and found them in store. Yes, target you need to do better with your pre-order system, but as for the toys itself pretty rad my little guy’s gonna be excited Christmas morning Cowabunga.

Highly Disappointed....Also
I faced the same outcome as the first review. I had this preordered almost 2 months ago, it eventually said backordered and got pushed back. Then boom, The whole order got canceled. The even crazier thing is, The store a city over from me says they are in stock, I just can't order (reorder) them for shipping. Buh! super lame, Target.

Highly disappointed
This is not on the figures themselves. I don't have them. I ordered the set on October 9 when it showed the preorder for a November 30 release. Target cancelled on December 7. It even was saying back ordered until December 16, on a preorder?! Why is it back ordered on a preorder?! Even then I was willing to wait. And now I have nothing coming. Target needs to make this right.
