Disappointed

I was so excited to receive this chair, taking the pieces out of the box they felt and looked like they would make an awesome chair that looked exactly like the picture. Extremely disappointed to find that I’m missing a piece. The part of the chair to lift and lower was not included in the packaging. The box it came in and looked beat up and I’m not sure if it had been a previous return and perhaps that’s why it was missed but very upset with this now I don’t trust the vendor.

Does Not Tilt

Beautiful chair. The color is exactly as pictured and the gold hardware adds a sophisticated touch. It’s cozy overall, but I wish it titled back, even a little. This is not a truly ergonomic office chair.
