Great chai tea concentrate! Save money instead of using coffee shops.
I love that it taste just like the coffee shops but better. I’ve been so disappointed in caribou & Starbucks, they’re so watered down by the milk and never enough chai flavor. They charge far to much money for milk with a hint of chai. I mix mine a little more than half chai to milk ratio. I like that it saves money over picking it up when I have a craving for it. It’s good cold or hot. Sometimes I just want a little and I’ll pour some in a paper 5 oz Dixie cup with milk and do a small shot as I’m running out the door. I love it hot with redi whip on top. You can freeze it too in ice cube trays if it’s getting close to use by time once it’s been opened. Just throw it into hot milk if using ice cubes of it.

Classic Chai Tastes Exactly Like
The hot chai tea from my local SB. It's not my favorite chai because I prefer a deeper spice note. The SB hot chai is weak, too. But this Tazo tastes the same as SB, the closest coffee shop to me. So in that aspect - I save money with this.

Dissapointing Espresso Chai
I always go all-out with dirty chai's in the winter so I was super excited to try this one. It had a very strong sour/artifical flavor which is SUPER disappointing. I added one of my espresso pods to the drink to see if it helped....barely. At least it's drinkable now 🤦🏼♀️

Never again! The concentrate tastes peculiar, like they messed up on a big batch but it was too costly a mistake that quality control had to allow it to go through to for sale. I usually get the tazo chai concentrate mix but wanted try something new and festive, this was a big mistake.

Tastes really gross
For some reason, the decaf gingerbread chai mix is getting combined with the iced passion mix in these reviews. This is for the gingerbread mix, which tastes disgusting. Kind of like a gingerbread cookie without any sugar, and with a sour aftertaste. I don't even normally like sweet drinks, but this one is a skip for me. I only got it because I wanted a festive holiday drink without caffeine that I could have in the evenings.

Sour taste?
Was excited to try this but will probably just throw it out. I don’t think the main flavor is bad, but it’s got a weird sour flavor towards the end. Probably from the citric acid. But it just makes it taste off and kept making my milk curdle. I thought it was the milk but tried a new gallon and had the same issue.
