Our short-term future mission to empower women through a safe and dignified work environment in rural communities in Mexico by cultivating and harvesting the produce with which we craft our recipes. No oils no frying no corn flour. Tatemada Oven Baked Maiz Totopos are crafted through nixtamalization, a traditional process in Mexico and Central America whereby corn is treated with lime, cooked and stone ground to make masa.

The best oil-free tortilla chips!

So happy that Target carries these oil-free tortilla chips. They taste amazing and are much lower calorie than traditional tortilla chips. If you are looking for an oil-free chip option, these are by far the best! While they are more expensive than regular chips, the convenience of being able to buy them instead of making them at home is so worth it!
