Love this full coverage foundation. Great coverage and lasts all day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this foundation, it goes on flawless, and feel so soft and silky all day. It also lasts all day, my makeup looks as good after a 16 hour work day as it did when I applied it that morning!

The make up is great. Doesn’t feel like you are wearing makeup and the coverage is good. I ordered the wrong shade but mixing it with other…next order I’ll order a darker shade.

I picked this up because of the long wear foundation claims, and it has been a major disappointment. My skin gets so oily with this product that when I take my makeup off there's hardly any product to remove, despite the fact that I applied a whole face of makeup in the morning. My skin literally eats this product for breakfast. It lasts about 4 or 5 hours, then I'm an oil slick. Worse, its so thick and cakey and just doesn't blend out the way a high end foundation should. One of the most awful purchases I've made in recent memory. Their "longwear" claim should be considered false advertising.

The Amazonian 16-hour Foundation has been reformulated. It's terrible; it has way less coverage, and breaks up after about 3 hours. I compared the new tube to my old tube- Old Tube had the word clay and cursive writing, the new one has that word in basic print. I am beyond disappointed, and haven't been able to find a hack or a replacement Foundation. Please bring back the old formula, tarte!!! 😭

Please never stop making this. The BEST foundation. I never write reviews but this product deserves it. I initially bought the shape tape foundation as the reviews were much better, but following advice from the Tarte email contact I purchased this also. This is by far my favourite. Natural looking for no make up days but also coveres redness and imperfections better than thing. It stays in place during swimming and showering unless cleanser is used. Highly recommend

I don't use foundation everyday so I made a bottle of their old formula last a long time. But the time came for me to buy a new bottle. They don't carry my original shade so bought what I researched to be the closest in their new line. I compared the new and old and they're pretty close. What shocked me was how scented this product is now! Why! I read that they wanted to mask the earthy smell of the clay and target the larger demographic that likes their products to smell like synthetic fragrance. I am bummed about that because I originally bought Tarte for the fact they used pretty straightforward ingredients. It's also nearly impossible to find foundations that don't use chemical SPFs, which are not great for the skin long term, like using a zinc formula would be. I'll try this out for a month and see if it still breathes the same way the old formula did. Loved how it used to blend so beautifully into the texture of my skin. I do recommend putting an eye dropper full of jojoba oil before applying the foundation to give a more dewy end result.

I finally found something that doesn't make me look like I'm wearing makeup, but I feel naturally beautiful !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 47, and this is my "go to" foundation for full coverage. It works well and lasts the whole work day. The option for shades is great too.

Lighter color than picture

My favorite foundation for the past several years… I don’t even bother trying others as I know this one works for me. I have acne prone skin that can be difficult to cover, but the coverage with this (plus some concealer) is perfect. The buffing brush also really helps to get the flawless look.

I still try other consealers, just to see if they are good, but I cannot find one better than this brand. It covers and stays.

Was tired of powder foundations found my correct match with 5tarte cosmetics6. Love the application, ble b ding is easy. Husband loves how my fa5ce look using this product.
