Love them
Oh my goodness! These chairs were wrapped so it was impossible to have them get scratched or damaged. Hahaha took away to unwrap everything but I was happy that they took the time to make them so safe. I love the look of them. Very rich. When you sit on them you can tell their real leather because the make a leather sound. LOL They are darker than I anticipated I thought they's be more of a reddish brown and they are really if anything a slight maroon brown. It's fine for me. I love how when I pushing back from the chair I don't have to worry about it scratching the floor. I have luxury vinyal flooring and they just slide so nice over the floor. No scratching no at all. Slides sooo smooth Over all I am a five as far as happy!

Extremely disappointed in quality. Leather strap color looked like patchy paint job. Studs in the back may have had paint and/or were rusted. Not sure if just one bad chair, but it was so bad Not even worth getting a replacement, IMO.

Pretty chairs
I do love these chairs very much. They feel like they are good quality, and despite other reviews, I do not think these chairs are uncomfortable. There was a little hiccup when first ordering these chairs- one set had a completely different wood tone than the other chairs. Ashley furniture remediated the issue immediately. Overall, I love the look of these and happy with my purchase.

so disappointed although they are darling the wood color is not at all as dark as advertised and the quality is horrible they both came cracked right out of the box neither target nor has Safavieh been of any help in regards to a refund or replacement my young son sat on one and it collapsed on him he is a whopping 80 lbs thankfully he wasn’t hurt!!! just want my money back :(
