Problem with delivery

I guess the toy itself is ok. I was disappointed because it was supposed to be delivered on August 7th But the product did not move in serval days. It moved only after I did a virtual chat with someone and it finally came a week later. I needed it by the 9th for an out of town birthday. Never had a problem with on time delivery before.

My daughter loves the lights and songs! It’s Easy for her to ride. We had to take a piece apart and reconfigure it as it was put together incorrectly from the manufacturer. It’s not the best made product, definitely a “you get what you pay for” item but great for a toddler bike she’ll outgrow very soon. It’s very, very cute and we’re happy with it though
