I kept recieving the wrong item?????

I'm sure this blanket is great but the first time I ordered it they sent me the wrong print which is an easy mistake I guess. I processed a return since it's not eligible for replacement. The app said I could bring it to any Target store- I brought it in to the store and they told me I had to mail it in. So I mailed it in using UPS and it's still enroute after almost 2 weeks (TBD on that)-- I reordered it and they sent me a Professional Pet Dryer. It's hard to understand how this could have gotten worse the second time. The target tracking matches the package we recieved which is very not a blanket. I know it's an outsourced company but this is kind of crazy. So after over 5 weeks, I'll be processing another return.....
