Was disappointed that the item did not come in "retail packaging", as this is a Christmas present! The cardboard box that it shipped in was also crushed on the corner. Also inadequate instructions provided as to battery charging. It came with two USB batteries and little charging cables. But it's unknown if these are charged in advance or if they need to be charged and for how long before use… Also the little cable that says charger on it does not appear to have any type of indicator lights as to the batteries charge.
