We have a neighborhood of kids that love to create beautiful 🤩 sidewalk art. These are great value for the money, so easy to just grab and go! We often have lemonade stands and hand out little boxes of chalk for the kids.

This is a nice set for goodie bags or a fun artsy activity for multiple kids. The colors are a bit light and the chalk sticks are better for older elementary age kids compared to preschoolers. I would say they have average durability-several broke pretty easily when drawing on asphalt.

My kiddos love this now that it has warmed up!I love the multi packs making it easy for each child to keep track of their own set and the individual packages are quite sturdy and hold up really well.The chalk itself is super easy for little hands to hold and the colors are quite vibrant. I will see it is a bit of a pain to clean if you leave it for too long so I recommend washing it off after a day or two - which the kids love as an excuse to redecorate that space once it dries :)

This is a big pack of chalk. Perfect for a school room or any large group of kids. This is not art-level chalk, but it is good for casual fun. Each pack comes with two of each color, with all of the major colors covered. The chalk itself is about what you'd expect. It's chalkboard sized, so it's not thick enough to handle being used on sidewalks. But for chalkboards it does the job really well.

As a surprise for one of my 4th-grade library classes, I took them outside and gifted them with a box of chalk to decorate our front walkway. The students were delighted at the opportunity and happy to receive the chalk as a gift. The chalk colored well on the sidewalk but broke easily if not held carefully. I suspect that the chalk would have been more durable on a classroom chalkboard… This did not detract from the students' ability to draw bright and colorful designs. They were all able to draw hearts, stars, smiling suns, flowers, their names, and their friends' names to their hearts content. I think that this was a very worthwhile purchase. I recommend it teachers and parents…it would make a great party favor.

This bulk set of small chalk sticks work great for our outdoor recess time. They are a good size for small hands but anyone would be happy to draw with these bright colors. They make pictures stand out on the sidewalk as each color in the box is almost neon and the kids love that! I've even given some out for Easter gifts and plan to have a summer art chalk day on our block where this chalk will be used up and make wonderful designs pop with color.

This is classic chalk, at a great price. Nothing surprising in any direction about, it works well, is somewhat brittle like all chalk is, writes well. It's a great value the way it's packaged in a larger case like this.

Great for the classroom and end of year gift

I made several easter baskets to donate and the mini chalk set was a great addition. The colors are pretty and they work great. The pieces are solid and easy to hold. The kids loved them and it was absolute a hit with the kids.

These are not mini at all - they are perfectly average size lol, but they are wonderfully vibrant and go on smooth for our oooooooold slate chalkboard at school! The students are stoked to have color!

As a smaller chalk, I would more suggest these for chalkboards more than for drawing outside. They work great and erase fine as well. Smaller chalk allows for more defined lines for detail. Our daughter took a pack outside to draw on the pavement and she went through the box pretty quickly due to how bumpy the asphalt is.Our kids have a chalkboard that's about 2'x3' that they like to draw on when they have chalk to use and this bulk package will allow them months of drawing without issue.
