SWISSGEAR Checklite Underseater Carry On Suitcase

I am 5' 3" tall, the telescopic handle is designed for a taller person. Fed-ex deliverd the purchase order to the wrong address :(

Delivered a used item with a stain on inside. Gross.

First off, the zippers are silver not black, as pictured. Second, be sure to inspect your item before because no one else has. Mine arrived used with a stain inside and some loose change. Disgusting. I returned it same-day. Cannot speak to its functionality or durability as I didn’t keep it. Front pocket would not hold my smallest laptop; holds an iPad.

Fell apart - bad quality - don't buy Swissgear

The Swissgear brand is managed in the US by a company in Pompano Beach called Group III. They suck. I know that they suck because right after I bought this bag and started to use it, a main seam started to come apart. I submitted a claim for warrantee replacement and they have been totally missing in action. I have called during business hours and no one picks up. I HAVE to assume that their attention to customer service is indicative of a general attention to quality. DON'T BUY Swissgear or Wenger products. The quality you remember from that company is a thing of the past.
