Huge disappointment & a waste if money with the unfair return policy!

The set is not worth abything. The fins are too narrow abd made of gard plastic. I tried to return but this product has only a 30 day window due to being ffom a 3rd party!!!! Whst the heck......why woud Target stoop so low????

Don't buy.

They run very small. The flippers are hard plastic so they hurt the toddler’s tiny feet. Very very poor quality. Don’t buy.
