A: We're happy to help. Recyclability for our Wet/Dry Sweeper Cloths is as follows: Tub: Polystyrene - not recyclable. Lid: rPET - recyclable where facilities exist Seal (beneath the lid): a 3-layer film. A layer of PET, a layer of metallized PET, and a sealant layer. Not recyclable. Don't use the Sweeper Wet cloths on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles or carpets. If you have any questions about cleaning your particular floor, we suggest contacting the manufacturer of the floor or test the cleaner in a hidden area of the floor.

Unusable Ultra-High-Intensity Fragrance Stench
Works well enough for cleaning, but the fragrance is so outrageously intense that it's sickening. I made the mistake of buying a pack of these and using them at home on floor tiles and the place was uninhabitable for hours. That stench is so strong it literally fries your sinuses. I can think of no conceivable reason for formulating a product with so much high-intensity fragrance that it makes the user sick. So the upshot is that the pack of this "original scent" went into the dumpster, and since I have not been able to find the Unscented type anywhere we've just been using a conventional mop and bucket. Meanwhile, the janitorial people at work have started using these and... fortunately it's only in the hallways outside of the room in which I work. It's still strong enough to burn, but it's not so cloying that it sickens me in that room. I just have to remember to plug my nose when I go into the hallway and make the trip as fast as possible. But given the fact that janitorial departments are not typically responsive to complaints or requests from people outside of their own departments (sad but true,) can I make this a request to the people at P&G to please, PLEASE reformulate this product - all of the scented products - with maybe 1/8 of the "fragrance" intensity? Please? You are making people sick with this stuff. Is this needed? Wouldn't dialing back the ingredients that produce that stench result in a lower cost per unit? A win-win, I'd think. We have control over what we buy, but this stuff is being used by janitorial services over which we have no control. And it's flat-out sickening.

Cracked container and missing top plastic cover
Every time I buy through Drive-up pickup the product is either cracked on the sides or was not sealed properly. Do not know if the product fell on the floor or during shipment. Make a stronger bottom of the container will help.

love using these Swiffer Wet Refills with Gain! They make cleaning so easy and leave my floors smelling super fresh. The scent is strong but not overpowering, and it lasts for hours after cleaning. The pads are very absorbent and pick up dirt really well, even in corners. Definitely worth the price for the convenience and how clean everything feels afterward. I also like that the packaging is easy to open and reseal to keep the wipes moist.
