Swash DS725 Advanced Round Bidet Seat White - Brondell

Horrible. I would give it negative stars. It splashes water out between the seat and toilet bowl rim, as well as on top of the seat and on my pants. We installed it new and this has been the problem since day 1. I’ve tried it maybe 5 times this past year using the recommendations to keep it from splashing and nothing works. It makes the bathroom and myself messy. It is below neutrally helpful and makes the restroom experience horrible. I just want my regular seat back because this one seems flimsy too. There is also a huge gap (about 1”) between the seat and toilet bowl rim, even though the seat bumpers are resting on the rim. Thanks, but no thanks.

Everyone needs a bidet. Somehow America has found the least sustainable, least sanitary, AND most expensive way to do your business: wiping! Instead, go with a bidet. Bathroom breaks are so much faster and easier and cleaner. I also rarely have to spend money on toilet paper. This is the single best purchase smaller than a car that I have made. The product is great, too. Super easy to use.

Everything works great the annoying thing is you get 20 seconds of warm water than ice cold the rest of the wash cycle. Wish I known that before purchasing as I have others that always stay hot. . .

Such an amazing product. Not sure why every household doesn’t have one. My elderly parents love having this in their home and say they wish they had bought one sooner. I love feeling so fresh and clean after every use.

This is our second Brondell bidet and we love them both. We don’t know how we lived so long without one. Saves money, easy to use and mush more hygienic than paper alone.

We bought this about a month ago to replace our older Brondell bidet. It is very easy to install, and we love the newer features like the dryer and the deodorizer. Great product! We will never go back to a regular toilet seat!

Very happy with the birthday I bought, I wish the fan was a little stronger and the instructions for the options on the remote were a little better but all in all it’s a great product enjoying it very much!!

Haven't had it long, but I think I get the basic idea. General comment: General comments: 1) I would almost recommend getting a lower than regular height toilet for it if you are not a tall person. I don't mind it, but others in the house fine the extra height (not much, mind you, but maybe 1/2 or 3/4") is a bit much. 2) Some of the seat opening to the back is taken up with equipment, so I would REALLY recommend getting an elongated toilet, and skipping the round version. 3) The dryer feels nice, but you should probably upgrade your bathroom library if you plan on letting that properly dry you off. 4) Don't have a comment on the de-stinkifier at this time. Cool idea, but hard to quantify that. The pluses: 1) It was truly easy to install, and looks nice in the bathroom. I forgot to use teflon tape for the first couple connections, but didn't matter. And you truly only need to hand tighten everything (unless you have some grip issues, I suppose). 2) It functions as well as expected. 3) The night light is functional and entertaining, though I would honestly like it a little dimmer (it actually hurts the eyes a little in the middle of the night). 4) Water temp is nice. 5) Some in the house love the heated seat. The not so pluses: 1) For the price, I really would have likes a braided metal hose, and a metal water supply "tee". I always throw out the cheap lines that come with water-using appliances, and upgrade to something that is more secure; the last thing anyone wants is for a water line to burst. Honestly, this is the only thing that kept it from being a 5 star review. 2) I have a hairy...chest. To be fair, I really didn't expect it to be able to completely clean things, and it doesn't. Does a realistically good job, but maintain realistic expectations, and you will be happy. 3) The remote is a little hit and miss. Let's be frank: it is an IR signal, and you are sitting away from the receiver (and int the way). Easy to remediate by just holding it off to the side a little. It would be smarter for them to make it a DM, or at least an FM signal. Still, not enough of a problem for me to take a star off. All in all, I am happy. It meets expectations. And, since I was able to get a 20% deal, it was silly not to get a slightly more advanced model than I would otherwise have (drying and de-odorizing).

We bought our first Brondell bidet seat in over 6 months ago. Since then we have bought 2 more and have referred at least 4 friends who have also purchased. This is amazing. Very easy to connect without the help of a professional. I have never been so clean. And...no more buying toilet paper. What a waste, right? It's like literally flushing money down the drain. There is nothing I don't love about this model and this product. The heated seats are a definite plus in Spring, Winter and Autumn. The stainless steel nozzle and the self clean feature is a must. The seats and water are heated enough in EcoMode that you still get a comfortable clean. This model even has a deodorize feature. I'm not sure where the "odor" goes...just that it does. The remote is mounted on our wall where our toilet paper holder used to be. Though this has an air dry feature and we utilize it sometimes, we have mounted a nice pewter hook on our wall by the remote for hanging "pat dry" washcloths for our individual use. The night light is a another plus. With COVID...so glad we are not slaves to the toilet paper shortage and hoarding.

I bought this recently before a surgey and it has been awesome. Don’t know what I would have done without it.

I bought mine through costco.com. It was out of stock during the start of this pandemic. I ordered a different model but brondell was nice enough to give me an upgrade which is the DS275. I did not want to cancel my order knowing that I really need this bidet even costco asked me a couple of times if I still want to pursue my order. Then costco notified me that the company, brondell, is willing to upgrade my order. It is nice for them to do that. I took over a month since I placed my order. When I finally received my bidet, I installed it right away. There was a problem with it. It keeps on shutting off by itself. I contacted the company, it took them a couple of days to respond which is fine. They had me reset the bidet to the manufacturer's setting, followed all the instructions on installation and still with the same issue. The support staff at brondell is very helpful. They asked me to ship it to the closest tech support which is in San Francisco. It took them 10 days overall to fix and ship it back to me. I installed it right away, again. This time there's not even a glitch, all is working fine with no issues at all. I am totally satisfied. I feel like I am in Japan using their toilet at my home. I highly recommend buying this brand and this model. It is not a perfect one but close enough to what I have used in Japan. Trust me. I am loving it.

Very Easy to install! I had it completely working in 30 min. Bought the unit because I wanted better toilet sanitation. Really cuts down on toilet paper use. Love the night lite feature. I have a Toto in my other bathroom ( much more expensive) but the units are very compatible...the Brondell remote unit is by far easier to use...
