Great! I only need to take one at this strength. Helps to keep my stomach from too many pills at once and helps to get my calcium into my poor old osteoporosis bones!!! Good stuff but taken with D3 at same time.

Help with cholesterol!
I'm taking K-2 to lower my cholesterol and according to recent labs, it's not quite as low as it should be. I'm told I can take 2 a day. Is that okay? I'm very happy that I'm off statin drugs. .

Does it's job!
I take this as a supplement to help with bone health alongside medication for a medical condition. It was good to find a higher dosage! I take it twice a day, 12 hours apart, alongside liquid calcium and vitamin D3 and my medications. It has so far prevented loss in bone density for me -- and as an added side effect my teeth and gums feel great!

Vitamin K-2 and Calcification issues
For anyone who has calcification in their blood stream like I have.Vitamin K-2 takes the calcium out of you blood and distributes it to muscle and bone to strengthen them. If the calcium builds up and stays in the blood stream it shuts off the blood veins and arteries via calcification buildup, the result is bad heart issues. Anyone with osteoporosis issues can also have a great benefit by taking vitamin K-2.

A previous analysis of my nutritional profile revealed I was deficient in K-2. Therefore, I began taking a daily dose of Swanson's Vitamin K-2. Also, at my doctor's recommendation, I take Vitamin D3 along with the K-2 because it was conveyed to me that this combination is more effective than taking each vitamin alone. I give this vitamin a high rating because I am confident future testing will show positive results.

More in bottle would be handy
I have only recently been taking it so I have no idea if it is working or not. I wish it came in a bigger quantity though, as I take one daily and it would be handy to have a 3 month supply in each bottle.
