Cuts down on night time trips to the bathroom!
I purchased 2 bottles for my husband. After some research, we learned this product is good for nocturia (waking up several times during the night to urinate). He is almost done with the first bottle. It does take time to work on your body, I think daytime has already improved. He went on line and is following suggestions from urologists, too. Natural is the best for your body. If he decreases caffeine (loves coffee), his night time is also improving gradually. I did learn depending how deficient and how long you have this will determine how long it takes to drastically reduce the number of times you wake up. Be patient!

Benfotamine is great!
I was low in Vitamin B1, and had learned that Benfotamine was a good way to increase my levels of B1. Since I’ve started taking it in the mornings, my symptoms of low Vitamin B1 are improving. Low levels of B1 can include peripheral neuropathy, which can be very annoying. I like having natural solutions to health concerns, because I’ve had some pretty awful reactions to a few medicines, and it helps that my doctor is a functional doctor, and is educated in some of the more “natural” health care solutions.

Helps me control sugar. I take 3 times a day especially when I eat too much sugar that day. I've tried other two with lower mgs. Now going onto 300mg.

Too soon to tell
I’m still waiting for the desired result. I’ve been taking it for a month, but I’ve read that it can take up to 4 months to have the desired affect on my neuropathy.

This is one supplement I don’t think I could live happily without.
I have been taking this for years for nerve pain in my foot. I have to take 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills at night. Because it seems like a huge amount I take I have tried taking less but then the nerve pain returns. FYI: I also am just learning that (EFA) fish oil and Borage really help the swelling in my foot which thereby decreases the pain.

I buy Swanson all the time. I like buying from a company that at least seems close to home. Recommend? YES
I use it to help control pain from neuropathy. I feel safe taking large doses, (3000mg .. a little more helped me at first) Now, usually 600-900 daily. I trust Swanson products and certainly would have rated the item 5 stars, but the price is sadly to high. Sometimes I get to many e-mails … jus' sayin'
