Quality product
I have been taking Swanson's Selenium for more than 15 years and I have found it to be a quality product. I believe it, along with some other Swanson supplements that I have been taking for years, was a factor in my winning the battle over COVID. Considering my age of 90 years young, that was no small feat.

A great supplement!
I love this product! I like the fact that it comes in 100 mcg, so I can take it 2 times a day. It doesn't have any bad side effects for me, and that is saying a lot!! It is priced affordably and I'm thankful it comes in capsules with 'clean' ingredients. Thanks Swanson!!

Selenium
Although I do not notice any physical difference since taking this supplement I know its good because Selenium is important for the body and Oregon is the only state where it is not naturally in the soil. I know Brazil nuts are also a good source but I prefer your vitamin since its always the standard mg as listed on the bottle and I do not have to guess.

Used to be the best when it was just rice flour and gelatin, now they added Dicalcium Phosphate?! What a way to ruin a great product and inhibit absorption of the selenium your trying to take. Go back to the old formula!!!!!
