One of the good ones, at a reasonable price.
It is very important to get a multivitamin with at LEAST 10 mg of each of the B vitamins, preferably 25 mg. Many claim to be great, but if you read what's in there, there is NOT ENOUGH "B"

I should've check on gel size. it's too large for me to swallow. And if you let it dissolve, or chew it, it tastes awful. Still, it's my mistake, and I really enjoy your company's products in general. Mark

ordered wrong Swanson multi.
doesn't seem as strong and effective as the deep yellow capsule Swanson Multi without iron that I usually order. Really hard to tell, however will order my favorite Swanson multi next time!

Good product
I needed a good multi-vitamin without iron and closed my eyes an took a stab at this one. They're pretty big, so if you take several supplements you might not like having a larger caapsule.

Multi Without Iron
I like this supplement because it has a good combination of vitamins and minerals without the iron. Also like the fact that it's a soft gel. Dissolves better in the body than a tablet.

Another great Swanson product.
A wonderful product that covers all the bases. I highly recommend it for your daily regime. The liquid cap is easy to swallow and very absorbable. Swanson does it again!
