Reduces anxiety
Please keep this in stock. It’s my go to for generalized anxiety. I take it in the morning or whenever I anticipate anxiety. Doesn’t make me sleepy, just calms my nervous system.

Great for having at bedtime
My husband and I love this product. We used to use melatonin, however we had nasty side effects. We switched over to this product and sleep like a baby. All of our stress and worries subside. The only problem I find now is it's always out of stock. This product is definitely worth waiting for and buying.

I don't really know what to say but it's supposed to help relax n sleep. I have a funny system as nothing helps me and I don't like doing drugs.

The Cat's meow
1 hr. before bedtime empty a capsule of "Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Skullcap Complex" into a hot cup of chamomile tea and you get a great drink that really relaxes and prepares you for sleep. Whoever concocted the "Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Skullcap Complex" did a great job.

Use at night to relax at bed time.
It's all relative if you get what I mean. We are all individuals with different needs and feelings. So I used to buy these herbs individually too but found this blend and it's far more convienent to take one pill than 3 etc. This may or may not work for you but for me I find it useful. I seem to get to sleep most nights better after I take this. Sometimes I still have trouble but that's me and my metabolism which I understand. I do take two capsules and sometimes boost with a another herb that's known to help relax and or calm a person. Good luck and Kudo's to everyone including the funny folks at the FDA.
