Happy w/results
I’d wake up blood pressure in the 140’s over 90’s. I take one l-argnine around 2am and now my BP is almost always in the 120’s over high 70’s...I also walk 2.6 miles a day usually around 7-8am and after my walk, BP drops to 112-118 over low 70’s

Great product.
It is a great product. I take more than routine maintenance because I use it for snoring. The relationship between that and cardiovascular restriction is well know and this really works.

Took away headaches.
My husband has had migraines his whole life, Since taking this supplement, they have stopped and he rarely gets them anymore. A great alternative to taking a prescription drug.

used two daily for 15 years.
My wife started to use these to improve her circulation about 15 years ago. They are inexpensive and work well enough to change the color of her hands. She still uses them daily. Now I use the same dose,twice a day to help my circulation. When I clean snow from the drive, or work outdoors in the cold, They also help with warming my hands, so I take an extra dose sometimes. I am 80 years old and need a little help with my circulation.

I take one every night before I go to bed. I am 63 years old and a smoker. In the morning I feel like the clock has been turned back 10 years. Better blood flow more energy and better cognitive power. Needless to say I am delighted.

Disappointed
They made the price so you have to buy the 500mg instead of the 1gr capsules. It’s a nuisance to swallow so may capsules.

Improves physical performance
These capsules work. At 70+ I walk about 50 miles every week and can run easily and smoothly. After my experience and on my recommendation 8 in my extended family are taking them. They all have similar, positive experience! I gladly will recommend this to anyone looking for improved blood circulation and better physical performance,

Smells horrible

Circulation
I have used this off and on for several years. At times I am not so active but need a boost in circulation. For those in advancing years it helps to have a little more room for blood flow and this does a good job.

Completely ineffective
Compared with other L-Arginine products, this one is positively impotent. To be effective it needs L-Citrulline with it.
