The lower dose was just what I was looking for.
I like this lower dose form. The higher dose gave me some insomnia, so this is perfect. It helps improve my memory / recall.

Can't for get the name Huperzine!
Huperzine is a herbal extract that has been extensively researched. It's focus is on cognitive function and after 2 months I have experienced an improvement. Give it up to 3 months for the effect.

Side effect - nausea and vomiting
Maybe some people can take this, but I experienced severe nausea and vomiting and my husband felt nauseated as well. We sent it back. Thanks to Swanson's great return policy that was possible.

Excellent Product
I started taking Huperzine A when another product I had taken for years began to irritate my digestive system. I am allergic to anything with soy in it. Huperzine A does not contain soy. It is very effective in helping me stay alert and focused during the day. I take it along with zinc supplement.

Hard to rate
It's hard for me to rate this one. I think it might be good for some people. I don't like herbs that increase blood flow to the brain such as this and ginkgo biloba. It may help some people with concentration but for me, I just feel pressure in my head.

Very effective
A few months ago I decided to try Huperzine for it's nootropic like properties. I was cautious at first, read it can cause unpleasant dreams, but I've been taking this once a day for 3 weeks straight, no problems. My concentration has also improved. Very pleased with this supplement.

I recently discovered this product as part of a regimin with L-Caritine and Vinpocitine. When on vacation couldn't take the normal doses. My wife noticed the difference.
