Complex B vitamin
I have been taking this over a month now and I see to be feeling better. My PA stated, a long time ago, that I needed to take B12 so a B Complex seemed to be in order. He did not recommend this one or perhaps he was unaware that it even existed. He has moved on since then.

absorbs moisture
these pills readily absorb moisture when in a pill box. I don't know if they would still be safe & effective to take. Over a longer period, they also absorb moisture while stored in the bottle. Yes, they are in a bathroom with all of its moisture, but that is where all of my pills are. that is what works for me.

Swanson Premium Homocysteine Formula
Excellent for heart. I've been taking these for years and I wouldn't change a thing. They have enough of everything in them, including the TMG. You can't go wrong buying these. They are awesome.
