Highly recommend - highly effective.

Great qualiTy, great price (usually on sale bogo) I've tried wOrse, & only one noticeably better - It was a POwder, for kids, & Very expensive. So unless you have special Needs, thIs is reliably SuffIcieNt

Buy just ONE bottle to try it.

Was taking a beautiful, 10-strain probiotic packed within an inulin package capsule for over 10 years. Perfect item, but I had a falling-out with the supplier and moved on to this product. After three weeks daily use, I am in discomfort every day/night, tremendous gas, explosive, near diarrhea type bowel movements several times each day. I thought I might adapt to it eventually, but it doesn't look that likely. I purchased 360 daily doses.

Quality Control/Packaging issues

It's not the quality of the product that earned 1 star. It is that today I opened the 2nd bottle and began filling up my 2 week med bac and only had a total of 28 tabs IN A BRAND NEW BOTTLE. So I opened the next BEAND NEW bottle and it had 58. These bottles are listed as 60 COUNT.

Very satisfied

I was using a probiotic that was only a few strains. When I switched to Swanson's product I felt a difference within a couple days. Having 16 probiotic strains provides a good range of probiotic types. In addition, you get FOS included in this product which is a bonus.
