Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Calcium citrate complex is a preferred method for my calcium. In capsule form it's easy to digest and I know I can get full benefit. I have trouble digesting tablets so capsules are easier on my stomach. I've used Swanson's as my supplement store for a long time and I've never had to return. Thank you

Swanson's Calicum Citrate Complex
I nornally get the Calcium Citrate with the Magnesium (for better absorption), but for some reason, I clicked on this one instead. Ordered by mistake, but it is STILL a good source of Calicum, contaning both Citrate and Carbonate. Just make sure to take it WITH foods high in Magnesium, that being; nuts, seeds, beans, greens, since it's good to get your Calicum/Magnesium at about a 2:1 ratio.

Calcium Citrate Complex
This a nice capsule, and easy to swallow. I believe this is the basic calcium, so I also get Swanson's vitamin D and Magnesium in separate bottles. I know that Calcium Citrate is the best form of calcium and Swanson delivers on quality supplements.
