Natural pleasant drink
It does have a pleasant flavor. Of course, it is not as strong as freshly picked, but great for winter. Also, it helps if a tummy feels a little bit upset.

Relaxation
I love chamomile for sipping and relaxation before bed. I like the fact this is organic. As most chamomile teas goes, it's pretty bland, so I add a drop of essential lemon oil.
