Missing shelf

The shelf pictured online is not quite the shelf you receive. There is one shelf missing. I didn't notice until I had the shelf already built. You can even see in the instructions that it is missing a shelf. I used the shelf that was supposed to be inside the cabinet as the extra shelf in the open shelving section. Should be 4 but only has 3.
