I'm at the tail end of a huge project I've been doing myself- no workers, just me. 60 year old female building a 24 x 8 x 4 shed from scratch and reorganizing my garage. I got rid of my craftsman tool chests. Why? They're not practical. You can't see what's in the drawers; the drawers are too small; I can't even see what's in the drawers that are higher than 5 feet. No idea why men love them. No idea why I decided to follow their lead. This tool cabinet is all metal- not thick , but sturdy. The box it arrives in is 80" long because the pieces are cushioned with styrofoam and plastic and metal corner protectors. Despite this, one side had a small dent that made no difference and the paint was not chipped. I took the pieces out one by one and put them near where I was going to put the finished cabinet. I laid the cardboard inserts down to protect the finish during assembly. If you can work on a raised surface, I highly recommend it. If not, I hope you're more flexible than me and can get up and down from the floor more easily. I scanned the QR code for directions. Music and watching a young Asian woman assembling the unit. No words. The directions that come with it are fine; if you watch the woman you'll know if you're doing it right. She was using a drill. I don't have a drill that will fit in the tight spaces so I used a Philips screwdriver with a long handle. That's the only tool you need. All of the holes lined up perfectly. I move slowly so I don't forget anything or have to do anything over again so it took me several hours. I was easily able to turn it over as needed and stand it up on my own- it's not heavy. I did attach the straps to the wall because I don't want to risk it tipping over in the event of an earthquake or if I put some boxes on top. I might see if I can buy another shelf. I bought clear storage boxes and I'll be labeling them so I can find what I need quickly. You get 4 hooks to put on the inside of the doors to hang some tools.
