Easy and quick to assemble, sturdy and high quality, cable moves smoothly, the resistance is not adjustable but it's not needed for a challenging workout since it's like doing low impact high knees the whole time. Appreciate the extremely fast shipping and so glad I got it!

I absolutely love the step climber! And I can go at my own pace whether it's slow or fast. It's a really great workout!! I can feel my abs working while I am using the step climber.
