Deceptive, send open products!

Deceptive practice of sending open items rather than a new product. Then they threaten you with "buyers remorse" return where you are responsible for the shipping and fees. I received an open box and wanted them to exchange for a closed new product. They want you to accept it and will send you parts. Who buys something new and wants something that could be compromised by another customer especially gym equipment and then have to replace parts and hope it works right. This seems to be how they handle all issues. They want you to accept it regardless and will ship you a part. Not acceptable, ridiculous!!!! Don't order from this company, go thru a reputable store instead that doesn't have deceptive practices.

Great product

This rowing machine is exactly what I wanted. It's quiet and smooth. I've used the free courses to do 10 minute lessons and it gets my heart rate going.

Good with an issue

I like the functionality and sturdiness of this machine, and I get a good workout with it. It was easy to put together too. One big issue: the pulley strap that you use to row is frayed after ONE use. Doesn’t seem like it will last long and I am unsure if it is a replaceable part. If it is bot replaceable then I would not recommend buying this machine. If it is, then factor in the cost for a future replacement part.
