Hard to Use
It's so hard to use. I have to prop up the back with books. If it's as-is, it moves way too fast. I have to find a height where it's usable, and it changes. I have to constantly hold the handles or I'll move backwards as I walk. I was hoping to be able to have a hand or both free. I've barely used it at all.

Hold On Tight!
This is a MANUAL walking treadmill so it's not electrical. I had to hold on tight and walk which defeats the purpose of trying to lose weight/fat. The incline is so high that I couldn't walk or run without slipping off. I had to return it :(

Good value but loud
It was a good purchase for the price but it's extremely loud and the angle is much too high. Going to modify with a board at the back to lower the incline and hoping if I spray WD40 it will be quieter.

Five Stars!
Super impressed with this treadmill! It’s quite a workout with the incline. Perfect for bad weather days when you still want to get your cardio in. It was pretty simple to assemble—directions were very clear. I didn’t even chip my manicure. :)

Easy setup and great workout!
The treadmill is was super easy to set up, and stores nicely. It took a few times to adjust and it is more of a challenge than a motorized one, but I feel like I achieve a much better workout. I’m really happy with this purchase!

Great workouts
It was easy to set up and easy to move around. Not too heavy but easy to move around if need be. I have a small space so it's portability works very nicely for my setup. The counter tracker is okay but I would have liked a step count instead of calorie. I don't know how accurate a calories burned could be as there are different variables to be considered. A belt of sort would be nice so that the natural movement of arm swing could be used. I might try to configure something. Holding the handles is a must in order to walk (due to incline) but need to be aware of proper posture. I'm not sure why the design made a set incline. I wonder if it could be made flat and person just has to use their own power to go. With set incline you either keep up or fall off. It is nice to get some exercise and especially in winter as I'm old and don't get out much in the winter. I was looking at various walking pads and kept saying to myself 'why can't there just be a basic non powered walking treadmill'. . . and voilà. As it is not electric there is not a lot that can break and in a power outage. . . jump on no problem. Overall I like it. Buyers should really analyze what they want to do with equipment, space, cost, to determine if this is for them or not. Small or large space this works well. Not electric so less to breakdown and usable in a power outage. Not expensive.

manual treadmill
At this point I am still adjusting to the treadmill. I feel I would like more time before evaluating it. I do wish I was ab le to lover the incline for a while until I build up my ability to do well.

I returned it
I wish I had done more research on this product because I’m having similar issues as many people. I like the foldable and non-electric design, and I saw the high ratings and thought it seemed like a quality product until I started using it. The pictures made it seem like you could walk on the pad without using the handle bars but that is untrue. The incline is so steep you have to hold the handles hard or you will be thrown off the board. After just a few minutes my shoulders started to hurt.

Great treadmill
Perfect selfpropelled walking treadmill. As stated in some other reviews there is NO incline adjustment but if you place a board under the back legs it lifts the back up to decrease the incline and it's always easy to remove the board back to the regular incline degree. Easy to put together! Possibly 20 min and I was ready for my first walking workout.

Good workout. Consider some improvements
This is our third piece of Sunny equipment. We like the non-motorized treadmill it gives a good workout. Overall happy with it. Three star rating due to 2 things: Handlebars are not adjustable, and too low for my 6-ft husband, which causes a hunched posture for walking. The angle is a little too steep, as other reviews mentioned. This may be due to being new, and the oiled belt, maybe it will get better with time and more use.

The angle of the walking
The angle of the walking pad makes it go too fast for me.

Not really a walking treadmill.
I was holding on for dear life every time I stepped on it. I could not actually walk on it. And I wish I had noticed before ordering, but there is no way to adjust the incline degree.
