    I love everything about my stepper except for the limited time of 15 minute use. The directions state “15 minute use with 30 minutes of rest” due to the heating of the hydraulic tubes. I want to be able to use it for a 30-45 minute workout but that isn’t recommended. A 15 minute workout is just okay. The Sunny fitness routines on YouTube are a great compliment to the machine but don’t follow the advice
