    Nonfunctioning new treadmill.

    It was beautiful, new and just what I was hoping for. It worked once, the first time I turned it on and walked on it to try it out. The next day, I turned it on and nothing but an error code. After multiple tries, calls to the company and following the suggestions of the company representative, nothing. The treadmill was not functioning at all. A technician was suppose to call, but never did. Videos were sent for instruction to totally dismantle the machine and make what ever repairs were needed. I am not a mechanic, nor technician and am unable to solve the issue with this dysfunctional piece of equipment. I am so sad, after being so excited when it arrived. I should have known the discounted price was too good to be true. Shipping the equipment back to the company across country will cost more than the price of the equipment.

    A few shortcomings but otherwise a near-perfect treadmill

    I really like the low profile design of this treadmill. It replaced a 20+ year old one and it is MUCH quieter to operate and run on by comparison. The wide belt on this made it a very comfortable run (~6. 8 mph pace) and the computer seemed to track the mileage accurately. This would be perfect if not for: - overly loud beeps, especially when turning it on. I leave mine on all the time now, but I was pleased to see the display turn off after a short period of time. - display and LEDs are WAY too bright. I ended up buying some LED dimming tape to cover it. It's great now, but I feel like I shouldn't have to mod a brand new treadmill in this way - the media/table stand is wobbly and I don't feel safe keeping anything larger than a phone on there. I added a clip fan to it, and it bounces terribly. I'll probably mod it with a custom 3D printed part to lock the stand in place but as I said above, feels like I shouldn't have to for a new item. All said, this is a reasonable upgrade from my aging monster of a treadmill I had before and I'm happy with the purchase. It could do with a few tweaks to make it a 5-star item.

It's a simple treadmill with very few bells and whistles, PERFECT for me! Only complaint is WHY, WHY, WHY the obnoxiously loud beep when it turns on and the loud beeps when any of the buttons are adjusted. The lights on the control panel are very bright too, I have covered them with tape to dull the intensity. However, the treadmill itself is wonderful for my needs.

    I love this treadmill! I was worried about shipping, but it arrived intact. The treadmill has a really nice and compact design, and it's not noisy. It doesn't bounce when you walk over it, it's very steady. I also like the fact that you don't have to unscrew it to fold, you just pull a little pin. And the speakers and Bluetooth are a plus. Great buy!

    Way too heavy to move around daily

    Pretty good treadmill. Love that it folds up, but I bought this because I live in a condo and need to store it after every use. It is SO heavy. I wish someone would have written a review about that. I definitely wouldn’t have bought it. It’s just way too heavy to move and maneuver around. Also, the tablet/phone holder is very wobbly. I have to really nap it in there to make sure it doesn’t fall out when I’m running.

    Solid machine for the money

    Once I got it up and running, the treadmill is solid. It took some time in the beginning getting the belt set so that it wouldn't drift to one side. The piece meant to hold a phone or tablet doesnt stay fully upright and so I wouldn't feel comfortable putting an iPad on it for it to fall.
