    Great bike, worth the money

    My husband took an extreme fall a few years ago and has had issues with his back and legs since. We are working on getting his mobility and strength back up and this is exactly what we were looking for. Its the perfect height for his frame.

    Easy to ride, takes up minimal space. Setup was OK, directions were difficult to follow as the pictures of the hardware were very small and not clear. Assembling pedals took a long time as all the washer pictures were unclear. I recommend a YouTube video if you need help as I am still awaiting a reply to the help request email I sent 5 days ago. The review request arrived before my answer.

    The bike is really good so far. I had an issue with one of the pedals and contacted Customer service. After communicating with them I figured out that the problem was my fault and not something with the bike. I was able to re-tighten the pedal and everything is fine with it now. I did have to buy a pad for the seat because I was really sore after using the bike. The seat pad resolved that problem. So far, I really do like the bike.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were missing pieces, and extra pieces that I can't use. I want to return it but was told I have to call a carrier to have it picked it up in the original box (which I don't have) and at my own expense. I am not a happy customer.

    Love my motion air bike!

    I love the workout this bike provides. The ride is smooth and the machine is quiet (other than the obvious wind noise). There is 1 bolt that I cannot get on but it doesn't appear to be in a crucial area and the seat is not as comforable as I had hoped (these are the only reasons I didn't rate 5 stars). It's also the perfect size to fit in my bedroom without being in the way. I love my motion air bike!
