Seems ok so

Treadmill seems to work well, but the remote arrived and wasn't working. I emailed to request a replacement but was told I had to call and speak to technical support, which I didn't have time to do right away. I eventually told them on the phone the exact information I had emailed and they agreed I needed a new remote. Would have preferred to skip that step and delay. I will know more about how much I like this treadmill once I can start and stop it with a remote, as I plan to use it under my standing desk.
