There are 3 countdown modes to target different workout goals: time, distance, and calories. The Body Mass Index calculator will estimate body fat based on height and weight. BMI is a reference point for users to determine goals and fitness progressions when taken in different stages of training. Integrated speakers, microphone, Bluetooth, and MP3 connectivity allows user to answer calls and listen to music. Can't use on a GFCI outlet. Knocks them off every time. Pretty good otherwise, except for the pulse tracker which is erratic.

Nice treadmill value for the money

Just received this treadmill a couple of weeks ago. Assembly was very easy. Took about 30 mins. The treadmill arrived 95% pre assembled so not too complicated. Seems sturdy and well built.

Have had treadmill approx 1.5 weeks. Thus far it is working well and meets our needs as hoped. Noticed the incline setting is not always available on screen and would be preferred to calories since the calories is not accurate but only an estimate. Need to further assess treadmill's reliability over the long haul so we will defer further assessment on this topic until months into its use. Instructions on programming through U-1 to U-3 could be a bit clearer but we were able to get through it using trial and error.
