And it's much, much warmer on Low, than my traditional heating pad is on high. If you have intense pain, you need intense heat!! And this modern day, cozy, infrared carbon fiber heating pad delivers the heat!! And it has a pocket to keep your hands warmed too!!! The hand sleeves are so comfortable and also warm. The positioning is perfect for menstrual crabs, and the strap is easy to manage. Definitely love this product and will be using this every month!
