Lightweight
I bought this had to wear river rafting. I like the fact that it is lightweight and doesn't make me any hotter in the sun like most hats are. I also like the fact that i can tuck in the back portion if I don't need that extra coverage on my neck.

Lightweight and roomy
I thought I would leave feedback in case other ladies are looking for a hat that they can do top bun to get hair off neck...and yet still have room in the hat where it fits comfortably. This hat has a lot of head room and nice that you can adjust for a snug fit - but what I really like is the extra fabric on top that allows for air flow and ability to have hair up. A great alternative to a baseball cap, where yes you can get your hair in a pony....but your neck is exposed. This hat is just what I wanted for hiking and fishing! Very lightweight with great ventilation!
