Q: Do you think this would be a good prevention for head lice?
A: I know this is old as in 3 years old but my son had a lice problem and we went to a professional to remove the eggs so I wanted to post a answer to this from what I was told from this pro. Rosemary or any kind of mint is a preventive BUT IT'S NOT A TREATMENT As this will not KILL THE EGGS YOU NEED THEM REMOVED BY A PRO! Also if you're looking for a everyday shampoo for preventive of lice this works as a shield barrier. The professional told me at the lice pro place said tea tree oil makes the hair itch even worse and is drying to the scalp. But again this can prevent lice as a protective barrier but should not be treated for the eggs as again will on kill the eggs. You need go to a PRO to remove the eggs because they've special treatment that kills the eggs and they use a special lice picking comb. Also fun fact water doesn't kill lice you need to put all pillows and wherever you or your child has been laying in the dryer on high heat. Lice can survive in the washing machine!

Q: How to open the pump? It just spins and spins and never releases
A: Sorry to hear this! Here are the step-by-step instructions to open the pump: Grip the base. Use one hand to firmly hold the pump's base, which is the ribbed screw-on ring that attaches to the bottle. A dry towel or rubber band can provide extra grip if needed. Ensure the cap is tight. Make sure the entire pump and cap assembly is screwed down securely onto the bottle. Sometimes, unscrewing and re-tightening it can solve the problem. Twist the nozzle counter-clockwise. While holding the base firmly, turn only the pump's nozzle to the left. It may take several turns to release. Listen for a pop. You will hear a "pop" or "click" when the nozzle finally releases, and the pump will spring upward. If the pump is still stuck, you may need to try removing the pump. Take the entire pump assembly out of the bottle and rinse and dry the neck and shaft to get a better grip. Hope this helps!
