Missing Parts

Missing parts and very confusing instructions. We have only been able to complete half the greenhouse because the poles for the other half of the house are missing. A total of 8 poles were supposed to be included but only 4 were delivered. We can’t finish the roof until the other side of the house is complete. I have contacted the company and they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops. It has been a hassle dealing with them.
