A quality adult size elf hat!
I was stunned when I received these hats from Target online. These are high quality, adult size hats. The hats have a satin like lining that tends to come out a little bit and one of the 4 hats I purchased had a bell that fell off but I fixed it and reinforced the others and all is well. That is my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. For the $ 6.00 price I could not sew this cute hat!
