Great alternative to oils
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to use this duck fat on our burgers. I cooked the onions in it and put some on the buns to brown them. They added a good depth of flavor to our burgers. It’s easy to use in replacement oils and is a lot healither. I wish I had enough to deep fry a duck breast in it. This tin is perfect if you want to use it for occasional dishes, but not if you want to deep fry something.

A secret weapon you never knew you needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never cooked with duck fat before and I didn’t expect how much of a difference it would make to my dishes flavor wise. Even compared to butter or bacon fat, this duck fat wins. It adds a whole other dimension of richness and depth of flavor that I didn’t know existed. It’s like putting on noise canceling headphones on for the first time if you’ve only ever used earbuds before. It’s not so much that it imparts its own flavor as it magically heightens all the flavors in whatever you’re cooking. I love it for sauteeing vegetables especially, but it’s also amazing for eggs, potato, and seafood. Also, duck fat has a pretty high smoke point so there is a lot more wiggle room for newer cooks as well.

First Time User - luxurious texture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This duck fat is quite intriguing! This is my first time purchasing so was very interested in seeing and tasting it! The texture is so smooth and luxurious. It melted very quickly and evenly in my skillet. There is a slightly poultry scent but it is not overpowering at all. I fried two eggs and they came out perfectly. No sticking to the skillet. As for the taste test, it tasted like a rich butter. Not gamey at all. Looking forward to using the rest of it! My only complaint is the packaging as I wish it was in a resealable container. I transferred it to a glass container. I received an incentive to write this review.

High smoke point oil and no smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very neutral oil with a high smoke point that is great for cooking and frying things with. I appreciate that this comes from France and seems like a high quality product, It doesn’t have an inherent smell to the product and seems like it’s very easy to use. I think this is something that would be useful for my kitchen. I will use this in my wok frying recipes. I received an incentive to write this review.

An exceptional product to anyone’s kitchen

This is a stand out ingredient that should be in everyone’s kitchen and not be afraid to use it. It instantly elevate the flavor of any dish that it touches. The flavor is rich, clean an exceptional without a gamey flavor to it. The texture is smooth and creamy, which makes it a great addition for any dish you prepare. Really good, adds a ton of flavor - great buy!

I used a small amount to start to ensure I enjoyed the flavor as this is a new brand to me and it’s great and tastes exactly like what I expected from other brands I currently use. Duck fat is a great oil substitute but adds so much more flavor and depth to your food. I would absolutely suggest this as a good brand to buy and will continue to use it! Amazing value - big can for amazing quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love French cooking and wanted to try cooking with duck fat. The quality of this is amazing - so buttery and smooth. Cage free and no other ingredients. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I transferred to a glass mason jar with a plastic lid and am storing it in the fridge - I read online it should last up to 6 months when stored like this or you can even freeze it. I loved cooking with it on my big outdoor griddle. I cooked hashbrowns in it and it crisped them up so well! More than bacon fat or ghee does. The smoke point is 375 so not as high as avocado oil, but I had no issues. A little goes a long way and the flavor is great - not overly strong, but a subtle meaty flavor. High quality duck fat at an affordable price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight From France All Natural Duck Fat can be used in a plethora of ways. I chose to roast some baby potatoes in the oven with a healthy spoonful of fat and seasoned with salt and pepper. They came out perfect topped with shredded cheese and parsley!! LOVE that this is 100% duck fat with no additional preservatives. The value exceeds cost and the flavor is excellent. Highly recommend! I received an incentive to write this review.

Duck oil works great in kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time to try cooking with duck fat! The package arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and was in a tin can. I used a can opener but then had to transfer the unused fat into a glsss jar with lid. I used the oil in my cast iron pan and cooked steak in it. The oil heated up nicely and I didn’t notice any different smell. I wouldn’t have known it was any different than olive oil! I received an incentive to write this review.

Tasty and smooth texture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying duck fat. I find it to be very thick and oily. However, it does add a depth of flavor to my dishes. I had tried cooking white eggs with it and surprisingly tastes really good. The duck fat has a very smooth texture. I can’t wait to use it for other dishes such as roasting vegetables.
