quality control stinks.

every napkin has 8 holes in it. Disappointing that I can't return it.

Hello and thank you for your feedback! The holes you are referring to are simply made by the tagging barb that holds the napkins together. As these napkins are made of 100% cotton, the fibers can easily be massaged to remove the small hole. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
