Battery needs to last longer for Canadian winters
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I would have not purchased the product if I knew how long the battery would last. The box mentioned up to 8 hours of run time. I got 2 hours on high and 4 hours on low. I went for a day of skiing in -25 weather and only had a 3-hour run. My hands froze afterwards. They fit well, however the wristband needs to stretch more. The company also needs to update the review questionnaire and add a NO option for incentive question.

Hi there! Thank you for leaving a review. The battery run time is advertised as 2 hours on the highest setting, but you should get up to 8 on the lowest setting. Lithium Ion batteries also will not last as long in sub zero temperatures. Thank you for letting us know about the fit in the wrist. Size run small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I orderd an xl sized glove and thought that they would provide a little extra wiggle room. They are snug on me. I am not sure it that's because of the layers or I just don't like wearing gloves (the inner part of the mitten is a glove. I do like how warm they are! Even without the heating on, they are warm! I imagine once the snow really starts coming down these will be a godsend when I'm outside shoveling!
