Terrible support
Good crib until you need to lower the frame. The bolts are impossible to get out, some of the brackets come directly out of the frame, and the storkcraft support team is impossible to get a response from. We have reached out 5 times via various support channels over the last 2.5 weeks with no response to our request for parts support. After already waiting over a week, the chat agent told me they would restart the process but that I would not get a response for another week. It has been over a week and that timeline is alarming when these products concern the safety of babies. Still no answers and we will likely have to buy another crib. Don't waste your money.

Solid product, crib is good quality and size, but it was not clear to us that the conversion rail is sold separately? Kind of a bummer when buying a “THREE IN ONE convertible” crib

Extremely deceitful and misleading product -
Dear Storkcraft, Allow me to say how disappointed we are with our crib. We purchased the Beckett Convertible Crib with high hopes on a tight budget and immediately discovered that it is deceitfully advertised as a convertible crib when in fact it is only convertible upon the purchasing of additional parts. What you are selling is not a convertible crib and now as we are attempting to fork over more money to you in order to dig ourselves further into the hole you have created, we have discovered you are completely out of stock of the parts we need. If this weren't shameful enough, you are continuing to sell the "convertible" crib on your website with the guardrails out of stock proving you are intentionally misleading people. It seems incomprehensible that you would produce less guard rails than cribs and not package these together in the first place. I will most certainly never purchase from you again, but would like to thank you for souring this significant milestone in our lives and for ripping us off. Sincerely disappointed, First time parents.

Beautiful, Sturdy Wood Crib!
I’m so happy with the crib I purchased for my son! The design is absolutely gorgeous, and the assembly process was quick and easy. I love that it transitions into a toddler bed, which means we’ll be using it for years to come. I chose the **“Driftwood”** color, and it’s the perfect natural wood shade—smooth to the touch with no rough or grainy texture. The crib is incredibly sturdy and durable, and the quality craftsmanship really stands out. Overall, I’m thrilled with this product and highly recommend it!

Very beautiful but came super damaged.
I bought this crib a few days ago. I just took it out of the box and it has scratches all over. I was very excited to see it, it’s very beautiful but I am very dissatisfied with the quality. It’s very sad.

Beautiful crib
We just set up our Beckett crib in grey and we could not be happier. Assembly was straightforward, and it is a sturdy, modern looking crib. Would recommend to anyone considering it. You won’t regret the purchase.

Amazing crib
We bought this crib for our new one on the way and absolutely love it. Firstly, it was so easy to assemble and the instructions for future toddler use are clear. Secondly, love that we can tell that the crib is high quality so we feel comfortable knowing our little babe will be snug at night. Definitely would recommend this crib for those reasons + it's the exact style we searched for!

The best crib!

Strong paint smell
Although this crib looks beautiful there is a strong paint smell. We have had it set up for two weeks and the smell has not improved. We don’t feel right using this for our infant and will be returning it.

The crib looks great but there is a strong paint/toxic smell that we just can’t get over. We have had it set up for two weeks and the smell has not improved. I can’t imagine letting my baby sleep in this crib. Unfortunately we have to return it due to this. We were really hoping the smell would disappear but it has not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crib is so sturdy and well made. It didn’t take long at all to put together. It’s a beautiful white color. It turns from a crib to a toddler bed then to a daybed!! That is so convenient. It will last years and years. My three year old got in it and played and it was fine. The new baby hasn’t gotten here yet but from the looks and from my three year old it will be great. It is the perfect size. It don’t weigh a lot but it’s not completely light. I can move it around myself. A mobile can be added to it very easy.
