Herb de Provence dipping oil

Fantastic product. I have never used it as a dipping oil but have used it on crostini then I toast it. I add it to soups, saut fish and chicken. Rub for roast chicken, turkey, pork, and beef. I also add a touch to short ribs. I feel the label should be renamed so it can be more descriptive of all its use.
