Too much bourbon

Way too much bourbon flavor with no caramel flavor at all. If I wanted this taste, I'd splash on a tablespoon of whiskey.

So delicious

After buying a jar on a visit to Blue Ridge, GA, I ordered a case to give as Christmas presents. I made cinnamon apple cakes to give with the sauce. I have eaten it with fruit, croissants, apple cake, and ice cream. It enhances everything without overwhelming it.

Horrible!

Tasted like there was some weird spice in it that didn't belong. Tasted like cinnamon which really overpowered the flavor. Also, it had a grainy, unappealing texture from the ground pecans. This was definitely NOT a winner. I threw it out.

Best sauce ever

I made a chocolate ravioli pasta and stuffed the raviolis with chocolate cream cheese. I topped the pasta with this sauce and I had a hit! I will be making this again!

Delicious!

This sauce is amazing! I made a chocolate chip cookie in a cast iron skillet, then added a scoop of Haagen Dazs Bourbon ice cream, drizzled the Bourbon caramel sauce over and topped with a Bourbon Bada bing cherry.Amazing!

Genetically modified ingredient and carageenan

I heard many good things about your products, and thought I try for myself. Bought this sauce from a distributor without knowing the ingredients, but hoping for the best. Two cheap ingredients which should not be in food: corn syrup (second ingredient, so the sauce is loaded with it) and carrageenan as a thickener. I avoid carrageenan which can cause inflammatory reactions in the digestive system. I also avoid corn syrup for the fact that more than 95% of corn is genetically modified and doused in chemicals, and it also has a bad effect on sugar metabolism. This sauce went into the trash without being opened. It does not deserve the one star. Utterly disappointed!

Odd taste

My hubby, who will eat anything and loves caramels and pecans, thought this one he could skip. It had an odd taste for both of us and the caramel sauce alone is so good, this one just fell short for us.
